1. How should I choose what car to rent?
In order to be sure that the rented car will meet your needs, you have to consider first the number of the adults and kids that will have to travel with this car and second but not last the amount of the luggage, you will be traveling with - number of big and small suitcases. Then you have to read the description of each car on the website of the company and decide which one will fit the best.
2. Can I modify my already existing booking?
You could change the requirement of an already made reservation. Just send us an e-mail or contact us by phone to inform us about the changes at least 2 days before the first date of the rental.
3. How to pick up my reserved car?
You could pick up your reserved car from the company's office. In case of a reservataion for more than 5 days our agent could deliver you the car at the place and time required by you (for the territory of Sofia).
4. Can I rent a car for several hours?
The minimum leasing period is 24 hours and this is the basis when making the rental quote.
5. What kind of documents do I need?
The minimum age for the driver of the leased vehicle shall be 21 years and he must have a valid driving license from at least 2 years, valid identity card and/or passport.
6. Can someone else drive the car that I rent?
One additional driver is allowed bur only the persons written in the leasing contract can drive the leased vehicle.
7. What kind of debit and credit cards can I pay with?
We accept payments made by Master Card, Visa, American Express, Maestro and JSB.
8. Can I use someone else's card to pay the rental, if I have his/her permission?
The possessor of the credit card is considered as lessor in the leasing agreement, so a payment with somebody else's credit card is not allowed.
9. What does the price include?
The price includes unlimited mileage; "Public liability" insurance; "Full insurance of the vehicle" and "Damages to the persons in the vehicle"; paid road charges for the territory of Bulgaria, second driver; additional equipment: child stools, luggage-carriers, verigi za sniag and etc.; delivery and pick-up of the leased vehicle during opening hours of the company on the territory of Sofia if the leasing period is over 5 days.
10. Do I have to pay extra for the fuel?
The fuel is not included in the price. You are supposed to drop off the car with the same level of fuel as it was delivered to you.
11. What should I do, if I have problems with my car?
No matter what kind of problem you have, the first person to contact is a representative of "Tara-Trans" Ltd., who will give you exact information what to do next.
12. Can I pick up the leased vehicle in one location and drop it off in another?
You can not. The vehicle must be returned at the company's office.
13. Can I take a pet in the car?
Pets are not allowed.
14. Can I use my leased vehicle to tow?
It is absolutely forbidden to tow with the leased vehicle.
